Start in a high plank. Tap opposite palm to opposite shoulder and then go from high to low plank

Dolphin pose. Don’t hold your breath!

Meet in chair pose. We will slowly lower to the mat for boat on the count of 10. Hips low heart high

High to low boat. At least 30s.

Touch opposite palm to opposite toe.

Meet in low boat swim the legs for 10s hold for 10s keep repeating until you are ready to hold low

When you’re ready hold low boat for 30+ seconds to finish! 🌟
