Plyo Box
Exercise Ball
Dumbells
Walk forward in a lunging position, while lifting the dumbbells up towards you then back down again

Step up with one leg then raise the dumbbells up in front of your body

Squat down then as you come up raise the dumbbells up and above your head

Raise both dumbbells up to about shoulder height and back down then repeat
