Prep the cake by trimming and shaping it!

Crumb coat it and place it in the fridge for ten minutes.

Leave your cake out for a couple of minutes to not be very cold. Set your fondant base on the cake!

Now spread confectioner’s sugar on your mold. This is a Wilton pie mold.

Now measure out, press and lift out the fondant from the mold. Confects sugar will help it not stick

Now go crazy with adding and arranging your fondant. Use water to “glue” the fondant.

Then with a brush, remove excess confectioners sugar & enjoy!
