What you’ll need
Carrot Ginger Soup
Coconut Water
Ricola Cough Drops
Oil of Oregano
Ginger Fireball Tea from Juice Press
Bone Broth
Vitamin C
Consume lots of soup!! Carrot Ginger is great because it’s dairy free! Avoid dairy while your sick!

Boil bone broth! I like to add pepper and ginger to help with sinuses!

Drink it up! I try to have 2-3 cups a day until I feel better.

Now this one will nip it in the bud. Mix two drops of Oil of Oregano with a tbsp of water

Swish it for 30 seconds and swallow! WARNING: this burns your lips and mouth! But it helps!!!

Vitamin C and Ricola for dayz! Limit yourself to 2 VC packs but use as many Ricolas as needed

Mix half a bottle of Ginger Fireball with a 12oz of hot water. Add honey as well!

Stay hydrated, take your medicine and REST!
