What you’ll need
3 Cups
Bread flour
1 1/2 Cups 110 degrees
Water
1 1/4 tsp
Active dry yeast
2 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Sugar
Mix yeast, sugar, and water.

Set yeast aside. Combine salt and flour.

Mix wet & dry mixes. Stir & scrunch with hands until well combined into a dough. Let rise 18 hrs

Remove dough and place in a parchment lined bowl with flour. Cover and let sit 2 more hours.

Transfer to dutch oven, add more flour over the top.

Cut lines or a design if you’d like!

Cook lid-on at 450 F for 30 mins, then lid-off for 15 mins at same temperature (without parchment)

Spritz with a bit of water and bake for additional 15 minutes. Then remove from oven! Slice it up!

Slice and top with your spread of choice.
