How todo a Zulu Spin
5 steps
Practice rocking side to side and shifting the body weight into each hand. Arms stay in front.

Rock to the side of the straight leg sand practice hoping the opposite leg over the straight leg.

Other hand lands next to the first hand. Allowing the body to continue rotating back to the start.

The angle at which the straight leg is placed will determine the direction the Zulu Spin travels.

Stay on the balls of the feet. Keep leaning forward. Use the momentum of the upper body.
