7 steps
Hands under shoulders with fingers to the side. Lift and lower the hips and add a small hop.

Lift one arm off the ground and continue practicing booting the hips up.

Add the head to find a bigger back extension. Eyes follow the hand as it reaches towards the back.

Practice shifting the body weight onto both and one hand. Keep one leg close to the ground.

Look at the hand on the floor and jump both feet to the other side of the hand.

Put it all together! Land with feet together or apart. Hand can touch the floor or stay lifted.
