Practice rocking your body weight onto your hands. Press the back of your upper arms into your knees

Rock side to side putting the body weight into each hand. Arms stay in front of the knees.

Leg swings to the opposite side as the hands lift one at a time to clear the leg. Then hop over!

The leg that swings will stay hovered off the floor as it swings around. Stay leaning forward.

Now a little faster. Use the momentum of the leg swinging around to go into the next one.
