Practice rocking your body weight onto your hands. Press the back of your upper arms into your knees

Twist to one side & attach one elbow to knee & other elbow to hip. Practice rocking while twisted.

Head connects to the floor. Use the back leg as a support and practice lifting off the ground.

Play with lifting and lowering down to the head with control and different leg positions!
