How toDIY Chickpea Cookie Dough

Pulse 1 cup of rinsed, drained, and dried chickpeas. Some beans can still be in tact.

Add 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. Pulse to combine.

Add 1 tsp vanilla extract. Stream in almond milk until smooth/ desired consistency (~2 tbsp milk)

Transfer to a mason jar or Tupperware. Stir in desired amount of chips. Chill in refrigerator (~2hr)
