5 steps
Stand close to the bar so it covers the knot of your shoelaces.

Reach down and grab the bar with hands a few inches outside of your shins.

Bend at the knees until your shins come in contact with the bar.
3
Pull back at the shoulder blades & eliminate any rounding in the back.
4
Stand straight up & finish by running your thighs into the bar.
