Lay on bench with palms facing each other & over chest. Shoulders squeezed & braced into bench.

Keeping elbows lightly bent & dbs outside of elbows-hinge from front of armpits out to side.

Squeeze mid chest and fronts of armpits to push back overhead. *use control for each motion!
