Nestle Toll House Semi Sweet Chocolate

Unsalted Butter

Caster sugar

Cocoa Powder
1tbsp
Espresso

Light Brown Soft Sugar

Plain Flour
Melt dark chocolate over a Bain-marie

In a separate bowl, cream unsalted butter, light brown sugar, caster sugar, and vanilla essence.

Add in melted chocolate, egg & mix.

Add baking soda, cocoa powder & plain flour. Mix until combined

Fold in chocolate chips 🍫

Mix until combined. Then Roll into balls

Refrigerate for an hour, then leave to thaw for about 3 minutes before putting into the oven

Bake at 180Β° for 15mins
