Large kife
Small kife
Peel with a sharp large knife so can see the eyes of the pineapple.

Keep going all the way around.

Trim around the bottom and get rid of any remaining (green) skin.

Chop off the bottom. It takes some strength.

Remove the eyes by cutting at 45 degree angles in a diagonal pattern.

Keep going. It takes about 5 minutes to finish.

Chop of the top.

Quarter the pineapple and the cut out the middle.

Slice each quarter.

Arrange on a plate in a circular pattern.
