Part 2 (of 2) Once pressed, pat dry & cut tofu 3/4” cubes

Toss w/ 3T soy sauce, 1 tsp chili-garlic sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1T maple syrup. Marinade for 5.

Transfer tofu to a clean bowl & toss with 5T cornstarch, adding1T at a time, until well coated.

Place a single layer of tofu on a lined sheet & bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min, flipping at 15min

1T lime juice, 2T maple syrup, 2tsp sesame oil. Add to a hot pan w/ crispy tofu. Coat & cook 3 min.
