Tube Sock
Place 2 lax balls in a tube sock

Place your contraption just below the bottom of your skull. Gently nod head “yes” and “no”

Chin tucks: make a double chin, srsly. Press your head into the bed rather than nodding so much

Chin tucks upright: harder than when laying down. Same as before, push your head more back than down
