Drain and season with olive oil

Add parmesan cheese to egg yolks

Add olive oil and cook pancetta with crushed garlic for 4 mins then remove garlic slices

Add spaghetti then add a splash of water and then add the egg mixture

Serve with parmesan as seasoning
