Thoroughly rinse the turkey inside and out. Remove bag of giblets and neck bone.

Place turkey breast up on the roasting pan. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Begin stuffing the turkey with butter or clarified butter, oranges, apples, and lemons.

Make sure the cavity of the turkey is completely packed to ensure optimal flavor!

Once stuffed, tuck the legs back in.

Blend the olive oil, garlic cloves, mustard, vinegar and herbs together.

Using a brush, coat the entire turkey, front to back.

Pour any of the remaining rub over the turkey.

Spray 2 large sheets of aluminum foil with cooking spray and tightly cover turkey.

Cook on 325F. Cooking time will depend on how many pounds your turkey is.

To ensure a juicy turkey, do not remove aluminum foil until the last 15 mins of cooking.

Removing the foil the last 15 mins will allow the turkey to get golden and crispy.
