How toChocolate Fudge Balls

Sweet condensed milk, unsalted butter, cocoa powder, sprinkles or grounded nuts

In a pot, mix 300 ml sweet condensed milk, 1 TBsp unsalted butter, 2 TBsp cocoa powder

Bring mixture to a boil using a low heat and stirring all the time until thick (about 5-7min)

After it thickens pay attention to the bottom of pan. If you can see it when stirring, you are done

That’s the consistency when still warm - thick and creamy but easily spreadable. Let it cool to roll

After it cools, mixture has a truffle consistency and can be shaped in balls.

Grease your hands with butter and take a spoon of chocolate mix.

Roll chocolate mix in balls of 1-1.5in diameter (yields 15) Or eat it by the spoon if in a hurry.

Coat chocolate fudge balls on sprinkles, ground nuts or cocoa powder - have fun :)
