What you’ll need
Red Bell Pepper
Salt + Pepper To taste
Cottage Cheese
Marinara Sauce
Banza pasta
Add 1/2 chopped bell pepper, 1 cup cottage cheese, black pepper & garlic, onion powder to bowl

Cook your Banza Or any plant based protein pasta until al dente

Layer your pasta bake with marinara, pasta, cottage cheese mixture. Repeat.

Add crushed red pepper & Parmesan on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

After baking, sprinkle with fresh Parsley!
