How toChicken Shrimp & Asparagus Stir Fry

Mix 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth with 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Mix 2 tbsp water with 2 tsp corn starch

Add 1 tbsp grapeseed oil to pan over medium high heat. Add chopped asparagus and cook until crisp

Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 min. Then add seasoned chicken and cook all the way through.

Add soy sauce mix & let boil for ~1 min then add corn starch mixture and stir.

Once the sauce thickens, add the chicken and asparagus back in, along with thawed shrimp. Enjoy!
