Clean and dice boneless chicken breast

Sauté chicken in butter w/ salt, pepper. (I’ve added Adobo as well)

Clean and dice shrimp.

Add the shrimp to the chicken and sauté until done.

Remove & reserve chicken/shrimp. Melt butter.

Once butter has melted add flour & begin to mix well.

Continue to mix until a smooth roux is formed.

Season roux to taste.

Add cream & continue to mix well.

As it thickens add cheese. Mix WELL so that it does not become lumpy. Add more liquid to thin out.

Once your sauce is to your consistency/liken add chicken and shrimp. Lightly simmer to reheat.

Serve over fettuccine noodles. Garnish with steamed broccoli & parsley.
