What you’ll need
Juicer
Cutting Board & Knife
1-2 bunches
Celery (preferably organic)
Glass & Straw (optional)
Remove end and leaves.

Rinse the celery well.

Run the celery through a juicer- or blend with water in a blender and straining.

Pour into your favorite glass, add a reusable straw if you like!

Drink your celery juice first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before eating.
