How toCauliflower & Quinoa Balls

What you’ll need

Cauliflower
1/2 tsp
FlavorGod
1 cup
Quinoa
1 tbsp
Liquid Egg whites
1 tbsp
Maca Powder
Air fryer
Start my boiling your cauliflower for 5-10 min

Blend it into small pieces

Add Maca powder ( it’s low in carb and high in minerals)

Sprinkle some spices ( I use Flavor God : it is low in sodium)

Add 1 spoon of liquid egg whites

Mix well and start forming into small balls

Spray with cooking spray and AirFry with 400 F for 6-8 minutes

Flip the ball and AirFry for some extra 8 minutes at 380F
