Cable Machine
Pull the bar up towards you then slowly lower it back down. Squeeze your bum on the way up 🙌🏾

Reach down and pull the rope up in front of you then back down. Squeeze your glutes on the way up

Walk back in a squat position then pull the close grip handle all the way back then repeat forwards

Pull the cable attachment down and across the opposite side of your body twisting your torso
