Building a delicious Spanish inspired Cheeseboard is as easy as uno, dos y tres.
Start folding some Serrano Ham and lay out some sliced Chorizo on your cheeseboard.
Add small bowls with some spiced nuts (try spicy peanuts or marconi almonds) and manzanilla olives.
Lay out some crackers in a fan shape around the bowls and meats.
Add your cheeses! I’ve picked Iberico and Manchego. Cut them up into cubes or leave as a wedge.
Lay out cheese cubes and add a forked cheese knife for easy serving.
Add slices of persimmon and slice fresh figs in half.
Fill open spaces with sliced figs and persimmon, I also added some salted fried mushrooms.
Tada! Your cheeseboard is complete. Serve with Cava, Rioja, or Albariño!
