Lay out small bowls for condiments
Fill bowls with sweet and savoury condiments as well as olives and pickles
Choose 2-4 types of cheese cut in different shapes and layer them on the board
Add 2-3 types of carbs such as crackers, pretzels and breadsticks in different shapes
Fill the spaces with fruits such as berries and grapes and choose various colours
Make spaces for some nuts and seeds for crunchy elements
Finally add fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme for a pop of colour and a gourmet look
