Add 1/3 cup flax meal, 1 gluten free cup oat flour and 1 tsp baking powder. Mix well.

Add 1 1/2 cups blueberries

Streusel :1/4 cup gf flour, 3 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp seed mix

Divide batter in 6 muffin liners. Add streusel topping. Bake at 350 for 27-30 min.
