What you’ll need

Barre (to hold for balance
Point your standing leg and toe to barre. Pick up leg pull the knee to chest. Kick out and retract

Repeat step one with 1 hand on the barre. Other hand should be by your face.

Repeat step 2 with only the pinky finger or no hand on the barre.
