What you’ll need
2 cups
Self Rising Flour
1 and 1/2 cups
Buttermilk
1 tablespoon
Sugar
2 tablespoons, melted
Butter
2 large
Eggs
Put all ingredients in one bowl.

Whisk by hand or use an electric mixer on low until batter is smooth - no lumps.

Use 1/2 cup batter per pancake.

Cook on low to medium (setting 2 on electric cooktops). You will have an 7-8” pancake.

Flip when raw side is bubbly or takes on a dull sheen. Cook 2 more minutes.

Serve with butter and favorite topping like maple syrup or fruit preserves. Enjoy!
