What you’ll need
Fennel
Garlic
King Salmon
Dill
Olive oil
Salt + Pepper
Lemon
Zucchini
Aluminum Foil
Slice the fennel and separate it out into rings

Slice the lemons

Slice the zucchini

Cut the onion into rings

Massage the garlic and oil into the onions and zucchini

Add the fennel and top with lemons

Add salt and pepper

Roast the vegetables for 15 minutes. Shuffle every 5 minutes.

Marinate the salmon in olive oil and sprigs of dill. Then spray with lemon.

Add more olive oil and then the salmon to the vegetable tray

Cover with another piece of aluminum foil

Poke a few holes in the foil bag

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 18 minutes depending on your preference
