Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix 30g of vanilla protein powder, 10g coconut flour, and 3g baking powder.

Mix 60g of apple sauce, 30g pumpkin, 70g egg whites, 2g vanilla extract, & 90ml vanilla almond milk.

Combine dry and wet ingredients together to make the batter, adding 12g of sprinkles.

Cover your skillet with non-stick butter spray and pour in your batter. Bake for ~25 mins.

Mix 20g of vanilla protein powder, 8g coconut flour, and 45g nonfat greek yogurt to make frosting.

Let cookie cool for 10 mins, add icing, and decorate with 3g of sprinkles.
