How to3-in-1 Chocolate Sauce

Only 2 ingredients: 1 cup chocolate, 1 cup heavy cream (35%)

Bring 1 cup heavy cream to a boil

Put 1 cup chocolate chips in a glass bowl. Add hot cream on top and wait 30 seconds.

Mix slowly until all chocolate is melted. This is a basic recipe. Add oils or extracts for flavour.

That’s your recipe #1: chocolate sauce. Use it warm or room temp on top of ice cream or cakes.

Put mixture in the fridge for a couple of hours and recipe #2 appears: a creamy spreadable filling.

Now, if you want more, just use your hand mixer on the cooled chocolate mix and watch what happens

You’ll have recipe #3: a fluffy pipable frosting to cover cakes or cupcakes.
