Base comes to squat with legs wide. Bring arms up as shown in anticipation of supporting the flyer.
Take hands as shown and have the flyer step up to the thigh and down with control.
Common Mistake: Flyer steps on and slides off.
If the flyer slides off, this means the bases squat wasn’t low enough. Drop your squat and try again
Flyer steps up to both of base’s thighs, leaning knees against shoulders. You can let go of hands.
Flyer steps to thigh, opposite shoulder, close shoulder. Base supports w/hands, straightens legs.
Full Climb. Go up the same way, base extends legs & stands. Base places hands on calves, pulls down.
Come down the same way you came up. Connect a hands, base squats, flyer climbs down w/control.
Base supports upward w/hands. Base takes calves & pulls flyer into their shoulder m. Elbows out wide
You may fall - Use a Spotter! Spotter stays close enough to touch at any moment.
