For your sauce & marinade you will need...
Whisk all you sauce ingredients together
Marinade pork roast of choice in fridge for 3 hours - overnight. Drain sauce and reduce on stovetop
Roast uncovered until cooked to 165 degrees & ends are crispy!
Steam your Bok Choy & rice
Slice your roast thin
Top off roast with remainder sauce & serve on top of your rice and side veggies of choice!
