What you’ll need
Fillings Of Your Choice
Add 2 cups of flour to large mixing bowl with 1& 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. Whisk together
Add 3 eggs into your mixing bowl along with 2 tbsp olive oil. Knead dough for 5 min
Let dough sit for about 30 minutes covered
Take your dough and roll until you have a very thin sheet
Cut your sheet of dough in half
Choose your filling- I’m doing a butternut squash one and a corn, bacon spinach ricotta one💫!
Use a melon scoop to scoop out your filling and place about 2-3 inches apart.
Use a pasta cutter or glass lid to create your ravioli. Pinch edges with fork to seal.
Place in boiling salted water- cook for about 3-5 minutes until ravioli floats to top.
Once the raviolis float to the top they are good to go to mix with your favorite sauce or freeze!
