15 steps
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour 3 lg. Eggs -1Tbs. olive oil 1/2Tsp. Kosher salt 1Tbs.Water

Start at 1 and finish at 4 for Fettuccine

Lay flat on a lightly floured board

Nest your pasta in bundles once done

Add salt to a pot of water bring to a boil

Bring pasta to a boil for about 10 minutes or until tender

Drain in a colander

Make your sweet pesto sauce

Brown some cubed chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste and olive oil

Add the chicken to the pesto sauce

Let simmer for about 4-6 minutes on low medium heat

When done toss the chicken pesto in your pasta and mix well

Plate Sprinkle some crushed red pepper

And enjoy!!
