What you’ll need
Ziploc bag (cut)
Add water to masa flour 1 tablespoon at a time and mix with hands until all the flour is integrated.
We recommend reading the masa flour bag recipe: different brands might use different water amounts!
Roll mixture into 8 ping-pong sized balls!
Using a few drops of oil, grease ziploc bag on both sides. This ensures the tortilla doesn’t stick!
Place ball slightly off center of the press, push down lightly for 2 seconds, then release!
Place tortilla in the skillet and cook until outside gets a crust and inside is still moist (~1 min)
After 1 minute, flip and cook other side!
Done! Add desired toppings and devour 🌮
