2 cups of fresh blueberries, 1 TBS of water and 1/2 cup of sugar. Cook until thick.
Mix 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup buttermilk & 1/2 cup whole milk
Cool both mixtures for 2 hours.
Mix both cooled mixtures together and stir well.
Connect the paddle to the ice cream maker and set timer to 40 minutes and add mixture to base.
Disconnect motor from base. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later.
Freeze in ice cream base for hard ice cream and easy storage!!
