What you’ll need
1 Cup Almonds
Filtered Water
Medjool Dates
Soak 1C almonds in filtered water overnight, rinse, add clean filtered water & 2 dates (optional)

Use a fine mesh strainer, nut bag or cheesecloth to strain the milk
