Have a friend hold a drinking straw in front of you at any angle.
Standing straight and an arm’s length away, put a toothpick into the straw.
Have your friend change the distance and the angle of the straw after each attempt.
Improve accuracy first (try not to touch the walls of the straw,) then work on speed.
Repeat the exercise with your other hand.
Perform for 10 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for several weeks.
The final goal is to get 30 toothpicks into the straw in 1 minute without them touching the walls.
