What you’ll need
Fresh herbs
Olive oil
Almond milk
Eggs
Almond flour
Assorted Toppings!
Chop up your fresh herbs; I used spinach, mint, green onion & cilantro!

Add your herbs to a blender & add one cup almond milk. Blend well!

Add 2 large eggs, 1 cup almond flour & a good drizzle of olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste! Blend.

Heat your pan over medium heat. Pour about 1/3 cup batter in top pan and cook for 2 minutes.

Flip that puppy! Cook for one more minute!

Fill with various toppings! Pictured; spicy avocado hummus, turkey sausage, Brussels & tomato!
