First season the fish , add 2 tbsp of olive oil , lemon juice and mix them well

Cover it and move it to the refrigerator for an hour ( if you have time)

Cut your veggies

In a pan add some olive oil then the onion once it golden add the herbs and sliced veggies

Once the bell peppers are softened add everything into an oven pan

In the same pan add 2 tbsp of olive oil then give the fish a golden color

Gently remove them in the top of the veggies and continue with the rest of the fish

Add 1 cup of water then add the sliced tomatoes

To a preheated oven at 450 f for 15 minutes

Mix 1 tbsp of flour with 1/2 cup of water

After 15 minutes add the flour mix and let it cook for 5 minutes

And ready add lemon juice and some parsley and cilantro

Served with rice and salad
