(Sponsored by Conagra) Heat oil in a pot over medium. Sauté onions, green pepper & garlic.
Add ground turkey and cook until evenly browned.
Add kidney beans, Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes.
Add chili powder, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper.
Pour in chicken broth (or water).
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 minutes.
Using potato masher, gently press down on vegetables and beans to thicken chili. Simmer 15 minutes.
Serve immediately or let sit to thicken more. Top with plain Greek yogurt and sliced green onion.
