Healthy Baked Italian Cauliflower Rice Balls

Mix ~4 c cauli rice, 3 tbsp gf flour, 1 c gf breadcrumbs, 1/4 c tomato sauce, 1/2 c vegan mozz.

Add 1 chia egg, 4 minced garlic cloves, 5 minced basil leaves, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper.

Mix ingredients well and refrigerate for 20 min, then begin forming balls (2-3 tbsp).

Mix 1/3 c breadcrumbs, 1/8 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp pepper, garlic powder, dried basil. Evenly coat balls.
