What you’ll need
1 1/2 cups
Fall Zucchette Pasta - Butternut Squash
Buy
1/2 cup
Almond Milk
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
1 1/2 Tbl
Kerry gold
Buy
2 Tbl
Wisconsin Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Buy
1 Tbl
Coconut Flour
2 Tbl
Monterey Jack Cheese
Buy
1/2 tsp
Salt
One each dish
Pretzel Sticks
Boil water, add 1/2 teaspoon salt for pasta.

Melt 1 1/2 stick of butter in a sauce pan.

Add pumpkin Zucchette Pasta to boiling water.

Add 1/2 cup almond milk to melted butter & flour.

Add grated cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese.

Stir all ingredients until cheese is nice & smooth.

Now pour in the little pumpkin like Zucchette that have been boiled al dente.

Add black pepper to the Mac & Cheese.

Use these little pretzels as a stirring stick to finish off the look!
