Grilled Pork Tenderloin + Macerated Peaches

Marinate pork loin in This Little Goat went to Korea sauce overnight. Place on preheated grill

Flip and Grill each side for 5 minutes or until pork internal temperature reaches 140

Slice peaches in half and remove the put

Remove pork from grill and let rest. Place peaches cut side down on grill over medium heat

Flip peaches after 3 minutes. Cook for another 2 minutes and remove from grill

Dice peaches and place in a bowl

Chop a handful of mint leaves and add to peaches. Add a tablespoon of sugar and toss to combine

Slice pork after it has rested for 20 minutes

Place macerated peaches on top of sliced pork

Garnish with more fresh mint. Serve and enjoy!
