After you clean it,First cut the breast to two pieces if it’s big , it should be 1/2 inch thick

Then apply some pressure to flatted little bit , use a parchment paper or plastic bag

Move them to a bowl to season it

Add you favorite seasoning mix

Add olive oil, mix them very well

In your pan add olive oil and butter then add the chicken , use a smaller Heavy pan to keep it flat

After 5 to 6 minutes, flip the pieces or when it’s golden brown, the pressure pan will cook it fast

And ready so yummy , juicy meat and full of flavors
