Remove mushroom stems and chop. Dice up garlic cloves. Sauté both in olive oil for about 5 minutes.
Mix together softened cream cheese, herbs, garlic powder, salt, Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
Stir in the sautéed mushroom stems and garlic mixture.
Fill mushroom caps with mixture, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 min
Allow to cool for five minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chives. Enjoy!
