Cherry Tomatoes

Red Wine Vinegar
1 small clove
Garlic

Green Beans, Cut Into Segments

Slice 1 pint cherry tomatoes in half, and preheat the oven to 350F

Evenly coat with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt, and place cut-side-up on a sheet pan

Roast for 35-45 minutes...

Remove from the sheet pan, but don’t wash it. Set the oven to broil.

Throw the green beans on the sheet pan and shake into an even layer
